Or you can be an Ozbargainer and buy now, think later.

Swisse Ultiboost Cranberry Effervescent is a premium quality, great-tasting effervescent tablet containing 25 g of cranberry. It helps to support immune health and provide antioxidant support.

Swisse Ultivite Effervescent is a premium quality, great tasting formula containing a combination of vitamins and minerals to help fill nutritional gaps, support energy production and assist with healthy mental performance.

I’ve purchased both, the cranberry one tastes nice, the ultivite tastes like medicine (my opinion).

Also check the expiry date on them, some comments about them expiring in the next month or so.

Also sneaking in Alpha Kerri range 1/2 price at the moment.

Does this actually work compared to placebo

It's as effective as any other vitamin supplement. The only benefit I see is you get flavoured water and coloured pee.

      • Don't forget the potential harm from some supplements!

      • so every vitamin supplement is useless?

        • not every one but a lot of them.
many vitamins and supplements contain the ingredients in a form that your body cant access very well, so essentially useless.
best to look at exactly what the supplement contains then google how effective that particular chemical can be used by your body.
on the other hand there is always the placebo effect so if you think they will help, they can but not because of their content.

          • @rakeem: that's what I was getting at - they're not all useless. But don't let the savvy people on here tell you otherwise
