This or instant pot?
I use this more regularly but they are very different appliances
I meant instant pot air fryer
I think he meant this: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/632487
XXL is the way to go here, and when they are on special (especially the analogue version), it's around this price
I personally go with Coles , Woolworths etc. cheap ones . nonstick coating get damage on on most ones . so will not spend more then 150 of 8L/9L one . but not good in a way for the environment
The cheap one would not cook evenly, and coating damage quicker.
How big of a difference is between xl and XXL?
Capacity 1.2kg vs. 1.4kg, and seems XL require 2mins preheating, details comparison in:

One of my close friends told me the operation is the same even if you get the target air fryer which is I think under 100
An airfyer is an oven with better marketing. Save yourself some money and bench space and buy a <$10 wire basket for your oven
It's true in a way. But often cannot make my chips as crunchy.
I feel like these became popular becuase fan forced ovens aren't the norm in the US
After getting an air-fryer I stopped using the (fan forced) oven for most things. Now every time I use the oven (bigger things, cakes, etc.) I marvel at how long the warm-up time is. By the time the oven's at temperature an air-fryer will usually finish the job.
A wire basket in an oven is a wire basket in an oven - it's not a substitute for an air-fryer.
Yes, an oven with a basket is not an air fryer. Much the same as an air fryer is not a fryer.
A hotdog is not a dog.
That's what Big Appliance want you to think!
So if I put a wire basket in my crappy oven, it's going to turn into a fan forced oven and cook food better? Awesome!
Not sure if the zip pay will save more? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/647969
Just bought for $299 from BigW a week or two ago.
Would not buy same model again, compared to my old Phillips XL (made in Poland) this new one is cheap chinese junk
This model will end up burning my bench, no rail to slide the compartment open like the old one
