Lol I wrote 12 months instead of 10 months in point 6 then after publishing it I thought "Oh crap how did I goof that up?" so I edited it. It must have made sense to start with because I didn't notice I put 'cannot' at the start.

The answer is no. But there should be a spot to put how many days you were covered for or, if you’re income is below the threshold then you don’t need to pay the surcharge.
