Gigabyte are a bit iffy ATM, their RMA system is still snowed under from the ransomware attack, if you get a DOA or get any problems you're going to have problems for the immediate future.
yep. and their tech support is a joke. their response to the z590 ax pro hitting 100-120c on the power plane was "lol if not on fire it within spec" in broken af english

Do a quick search for rosman deals and you will see I am not alone in calling out this dodgy store.
They sound like JW computer. Listing items as in stock when they don't and your the one who end up having the chat them up about it.
Had the same experience a few weeks ago with JW with a 11400 that was apparently "in stock" and dispatching in 1-3 days, a week after ordering with no updates i messaged them and was told that stock wouldnt be arriving for another 2 months.
Yup. They r a POS company. I didn't get any update for about 2wks. So I called them, and after a few try's they finally answered their phone to let me know they had no stock. I noticed they still had it listed as in stock on their site a few weeks later.

Would steer clear from Rosman, have not had good experience in the past with high demand / low supply parts due to their refund policy. DYOR
I lodged a complaint with paypal over a monitor I ordered a month ago with no update, I'll see what happens
