    Fried dumplings are only fried on one side though. Impossible to simulate that in an air fryer. Plus an air dryer is more like cooking in an oven than actual frying. You don’t put dumplings in an oven!

      My thoughts exactly. I don't mind searing a dumpling or gyoza on a one side in a pan, but I'd never considered air frying anything Chen other than a dim sim or spring roll…
