The Decathlon one is likely warmer though. 800 loft versus 650 for the Macpac, and 94g of fill versus 88g for the Macpac. So more fill and it's fluffier.
I've heard these compare favourably to the Mountain hardware Ghost Whisperer which is popular in hiking circles at over 4x this price.
I have one and these are pretty good. A hooded light down jacket with 800 loft for less than $100….
The Decathlon one actually has much higher quality down - usually 800 loft is only for super premium jackets (Macpac/Uniqlo both 650). Very popular for ultralight hiking, lots of warmth for the weight.
Not too sure what you're basing this on. I'd give Macpac the pick for looks, but there's nothing wrong with the quality of these Decathlon jackets. They're well made and great value.

Had one of these when I lived in Scandinavia.. was great at temperatures down to -15.
