          It's those keto and Atkins diet re-iterations that are pushing people who are trying to weight eat more fat.

          A lot of people aren't aware that high fat foods are more calorie dense, so portion size becomes more important (note oil is 9cal/g and carbs are 4cal/g). Further more most high high fat foods are quite low in fibre. Do you reckon people get fat from eating potatoes or bacon? It's more so the health problems that follow from being overweight that are the concern (heart disease, high cholesterol etc)

          No Doubt that video is sponsored buy the dairy industry, who's been brainwashing for decades, big industry. It's just this whole carb phobia that's ridiculous these days.

              @jv: I'm not saying to eat no fats as it's but realistic, one needs some healthy fats in their meals for the uptake of fat soluble vitamins. It's just that most people over do the fats and in particular the unhealthy fats often contained in processed junk foods, animal fats etc. It's scientifically proven that dietary bad cholesterol (LDL) increases serum cholesterol. I agree fats help you feel satisfied just have to limit portion control and most have little or no fibre or nutrients.

              The comments in your YouTube video are good, I recognise the third one - " people love to hear good news about their bad habits.

              Anyway those bhuja nut mixes aren't even particularly bad, compared to crisps or something. Check the nutritional information, clearly more fat than carbs and the sodium isn't even that bad.

      They have more fat than carbs, don't look too bad actually, not as much saturated fat as I was expecting (that and trans fats are best to avoid, artery clogging). Serving size is only 30g.

  anyone tried the Chobani oat milk barista and can comment on how well it works with coffees? I'm personally using Australia's Own Barista Almond and Oat and find them to be the best bang for buck.

    Bonsoy is the best for coffee when it's reduced (oat milk has a nice gentle/neutral taste though, doesn't froth as good)

      I'm still a strong advocate for Australia's Own. I haven't found anything that comes close for the price point (when it's on special that is. Currently $3.60 at Coles.. Was great when it was $3.15/$3.)
