nbn Plan for One Month

I’m in metro Sydney and am currently in between PPOR. My address is NBN ready so I’m looking for the best NBN50 plan for just a month (so no lock-in contracts, hidden fees, etc).

What company should I go with? Hoping to spend around the $60/month mark. If my situation changes and I need to stay longer than that’s okay I’ll just keep paying per month.

    Aussie broadband 1 month free

If that deal is still on

    • Is there a catch? Like payment for the second month or modem etc.

I'm not sure, personally do not think there's a catch with Aussie broadband deal

but here's the aussie broadband deal link https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/638979

I have used Vodafone in the past before, cancelled NBN within their 30 day satisfaction guarantee (they were honestly not the cheapest and very slow too at NBN 50), they had a catch that modem fee had to be payed in the starting, But still at the end all the fees were refunded with vodafone i think, just had to wait for them to get the parcel back to them.

But honestly speaking if you are only looking for a month consider something good like Aussie Broadband, which i think is one of the high end NBNs in Australia along with like Superloop.

      • No catch with Aussie BB 1st month free. Sign up to the fastest the nbn goes at your premises and change to nbn50 with Superloop or Aussie BB next month.

  • Can't get a bolt on to your mobile plan and use tethering?

    Be a better idea i'd imagine…

Aussie are annoying to disconnect, have to call and wait on hold then they want a reason

Go with Launtel you can connect and disconnect without ever needing to call them.

    • +1 for launtel; esp for op's use case.
