  How do you know which ryobi tools are on sale at bunnings? For example this driver… There doesn't seem to be any way to see the normal price.

    No, it's not a drill so you can't drill into tile with it.
    To drill tile you need to buy a drill and a tile bit.

    Yes you can use it to drive a screw into a deck or fence - that's precisely what it's made for 👍
