Winning two of the country's highest awards and laying claim to being among the best beef produced in Australia, Shiro Kin is derived from Fullblood Wagyu; cattle that are direct descendants of Japanese Wagyu with no outside influences from other breeds. This guy knows his meat.
I'm Sydney based and I personally buy from East Blaxland Butchery, Meat Emporium Elanora Heights, Meat Emporium Alexadria (when it's on sale). Bought some MBS9 scotch fillet from EBB just before lockdown for $95/kg
There's also a meat dealer on instagram that goes by nice2_meatyou that I want to buy off but I haven't got around to it yet. His prices look great and everyone I know who have bought from him have only said positive things.
Being an Ozbargainer, I would recommend Rump Cap. South Americans love it but it's not very popular here, so it's cheap. Slice it up yourself and enjoy the flavour
