Why do you say that? I have been buying tons of stuff auctioned from Gray's. You have to remember they are not the vendor, research how you would get the item before bidding.

I wouldn't go near anything refurbished from Graysonline.
I bought some brand new earphones from them lastyear and they were broken right out of the box. I emailed their support about it and got no reply.

Unless the warranty card is that folded photocopied piece of paper? Is it supposed to have a serial no. or something on it?
Anyway, the item is in pretty good condition, I wouldn't have known it was refurbished if there weren't big stickers on it stating it!

Correct, but the 32gB one you listed for $399 does include the dock. I'd consider that by FAR the better deal of the two
