  • Wow, this has existed for as long as I remember. Even the first line of description indicate it. I would use that money to buy the QC 35 which you also posted.

    Any deals on QuietControl?

  • what's with the wire hanging out of each earbud -millennials

  • These are pretty old but still the best nc earbuds I've used. Strange they never really dropped in price

  • How are these for a side sleeper? Thinking between these and the Sleepbuds, but the latter doesn't allow music playback.

    • They are not

    • Wouldn't feel comfortable

Mandatory comment about this device using micro usb port.

USBC activists of ozbargain bombard deals of headphones and speakers with comments of products being ancient and not suitable for use of civilized users because they are micro usb.
These USBC activists also carefully avoid posting these comments on deals of Bose and Apple.
I turned USBC activist to focus commenting the same on deals of Bose and Apple.
Please show your support for my noble cause.
    Thank you.

    • I C your point

    • Ha ha. I bought the original one of when they were retailing for $399 back in 2013 in the USA for about AU$300 at a Bose outlet in Vegas. Fantastic back then and probably holds up to all but the best of them now. Good thing I still have a few micro usb cables around as a spare if needed. Unfortunately the rubber surrounding the battery has fallen off one side showing off a piano black surface.

After 2 return trips to the US and over a dozen or so interstate and flights to NZ and Singapore, so happy with the noise cancellation.

I bought these many years ago in 2016. I used them on a 14 hour flight home and I have to say they were absolutely amazing. I paid $400 for them 5 years ago however, and even then they were a bit old.

    • See above.

    • Agreed. I use these pretty much exclusively for flying (back in the day). You can't beat it - comfort, size, battery life, and hooks up to airplane audio or ipad/laptops.
