Terms and Conditions

The Tasmanian Government are doing $300 travel vouchers for Tasmanian residents to encourage them to get out and about during the tourism downturn. Given they were exhausted within half an hour last time they're now doing a lucky draw where 25,000 people will be chosen at random. Registering is no guarantee that you will get a voucher.

$200 can be used for accommodation, while $100 can be used for experiences.

Step 1: Register from 9.00 am Thursday, 5 to 5:00 pm Monday, 9 August 2021.

Step 2: Look out for an email and SMS on Wednesday 11 August to see if you’ve been randomly allocated a $300 voucher.

Step 3: If you got a voucher, head out on your Tassie adventures before Friday, 24 September 2021.

Step 4: Use your unique code sent via email to redeem your voucher online once you’ve completed your travel activities.

If you get it and the $2500 Saffire experience is out of your budget, take that special someone to Freycinet Lodge instead. It's what I did and certainly worth it.
