Saw this on Joystiq this morning. It's the same as this previous deal http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/62461 but that has been marked expired.

You need a US address, but it isn't that hard to suss one out, and Australian credit cards work fine. Be sure to click "Online Game Code" under format on the initial product page. It worked perfectly for me, Live codes are universal.

    Great deal. Took advantage of this last time. Much better than paying 79.99, especially since I really only seem to use Xbox Live for Youtube and the other video apps these days.

    I think the link may be incorrect mate, that one is for the card. Which says in the details: Xbox 360 Live Subscription Gold Card code does not work outside US. We cannot guarantee compatibility outside US. You contact the call center for more information on compatibility.

        Any steps on how to do that? Accounts are region locked and you cannot change the billing country, therefore if you buy this you MUST create a new xboxlive account… Wish I'd known that before I blew $34… OzFailed

        Yup, can confirm they do post the physical card. I don't know if they would give you the code online or not.
