Yes, there is a lot of hogwash in Swisse, but it never stopped people from buying snake oil.
Have balanced diet, and you'll be fine. No amount of Swisse will help you any more than if you eat properly. It is just throwing money for something that you can get from food anyway.

Are you a doctor?
Some people need supplements for good health. Eg. Vitamin D. Often on advice from their GP.
Unless the user has been diagnosed with a particular vitamin deficiency, supplementary vitamins will usually be urinated out of the body.
@DashCam AKA Rolts: That's not what the comment said that I was replying to…
@DashCam AKA Rolts: Jv likes to nitpick, and I am not going to engage in jv's ping pong.
"Some people"
Of course, some people will need and it's best to consult their doctor, not Swisse.

Where as the comment I replied to suggests they don't need them… Which is wrong…
@jv: Sure mate, keep going.

best to consult their doctor, not Swisse. It's not prescription medicine. Most doctors don't care which brand you buy.
Why neg if it is bargain deal. People can decide if it is any good for them.
People can decide, but that doesn't mean they know what they decided. Plenty of those who decided wrong, though this one is extreme https://www.9news.com.au/world/swiss-woman-died-trying-to-li…, but it can end up costing you in the long term. Health is not a game you want to play with, without knowing exactly what you are doing.
If you have health problems, your best decision is to consult your doctor, not supplements.
Ingredients
VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid) 80 mg, Zinc (from zinc sulfate monohydrate) 3 mg, CITRUS BIOFLAVONOIDS EXTRACT 5 mgYeap pretty much a waste of money.
Go buy 3kg of oranges and 1kg of chicken instead! You could, but that would cost more than these?
At coles:
3kg orange is $5.50
1kg chicken drumsticks is $4
So.. same price!@Jikx: so how is that a waste of money then? same price and you don't have to cook, peel or juice it.
I'd say your way is a waste of time.
60 lollies for $9.50 ?
Was coming here to say that a bag of Allen’s can usually be had for around $2
