I don't know why they wouldn't honour both. The page clearly shows both discounts. There's no way you should have to read small print when there are big banners of both on the page.
Just purchased, 15% off + 5% Suncorp Gift Card + 3.5% via Cashrewards (already got tracked email). The $125 gift card from TGG is advertised on the product, so I highly doubt they cant honour it. I have taken a screenshot as proof. Good luck!
I did the same, used giftcards to purchase. It looked like the rebate is something Sonos is giving out to the retailers since most of them have the same cash back. It’s clearly advertised on the same page so hopefully it gets honoured.

There is no way they can not Honor the gift card offer, it was advertised as a bonus on the product. It’s not a bonus if it’s availability is subject to the price you pay for the base item.

I just bought the Arc and received the confirmation email. I saw the order number there, then tried to claim it. It said the web order no is invalid.
Was on the page after submitting the order, orders looks like the same number I got in the order confirmation email.
I did click and collect, it said it can only be claimed after picking up goods so I’ll have to wait a tad.

If so, what is the audio quality like?
I understand that ATMOS is not available via AirPlay, so what surround sound formats are possible via AirPlay?
None, Airplay is only stereo.
