I have an older model and the pressure cooking cut off sometimes. Replaced it under warranty but the same thing happened with the replacement out of warranty.
Have had one for the last 2 years, haven't had any issues. Only minor one is when putting the lid on to make sure that the rubber seal is on properly.
I've got this one for 1.5 year and it is good so far.
Used it for pressure cooking, steaming and sours vide ~~ all within the expectation.
How good is it as a sous vide? Can you set it to low temps, adjusting it one by one degree? Say can I set it to 67C?
