Just saw it on half price at our local woollies. I usually sprinkle a teaspoon of this powder into bins to avoid odours, this buddy does the job.

  • Like.. at the bottom of the liner?

    • Yea, you are right, nd also sprinkle these some more every 2 to 3 days.

  • Having lived in a share house and experienced maggots, am now paranoid and take the bin out every other day if not every day and it never smells within two days, especially in winter :)

After reading this it makes me question the frequency people throw their trash out to need this sort of thing …

    • Newsflash: some people are that lazy.

      • Having to buy this shit almost seems like MORE trouble lol

        • you buy them when you buy groceries.

    • Throw out when the bin is full no? Am I missing something

      • you clearly have not lived in a shared household.

Lived in heaps. When the rubbish reached the top of the bin, we'd empty it. Not really rocket science

          • @iShibby: and yet….. people dont do it enough. something about some people thinking its beneath them to have to do such a thing. or they never had to when they where living with mum and dad.

            • @xoom: ah I guess I lived with good people who would always clean up after themselves.

              • @iShibby: if only everyone else where as considerate. if only.
