      I think the countdown uses your device date time, so it might be out of sync with the server when trying to submit. I tried putting my time forward 1 minute then submit but still no luck

    I think it is a scam, or at the very least it does not work.

    I was there on the second it ticked over, my data was auto-filled and it said woops, there is an error, tried again 6 or 7 times, again error, then it finally said all the pizzas have gone.

    Terrible Pizza Hut, terrible, Waste of time. This sort of rubbish, along with their pizza's being horrible quality, is why I never go there. Just go out of business already, Domino's is clearly better and also generally cheaper.

        Sometimes maybe they do gimmicks like this, I don't know I have not personally seen any, but I could easily have missed them. At any rate, Domino's is overall cheaper, and at least in my area, the quality is much better.

        Pizza hut should do something or it will be shamed till the end of the campaign.

          Their anniversary campaign last year backfired too when Domino outdid them with an even better event that actually worked.

          If they were smart, they would have made it so that people had to be logged into an account linked to a phone number to try and claim one. Even with fake accounts and throw away numbers, more people would have a better chance. All these events ever do is make Pizza Hut look bad and they never learn and don't seem to care.

    JUST A NOTE FOR ANYONE THAT HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR UNIQUE CODE: Ensure you check your spam first, however if you have checked and there is nothing, contact PizzaHut through their facebook and let them know you have not received your code despite getting the "You are a winner.." message. I contacted them this way and they responded saying they would look into it for me, then they got back to me today with the code.

    If you are lucky enough to be a winner, take a screenshot showing the winner message including the date and time just in case you never end up receiving the code, at least then you will have a come back/proof. I have noticed there are so many not actually getting the code despite being a winner, me and my son included.

      How the hell I managed to be lucky to nap a free pizza today then, I’ll never know. I’m not gloating, just surprised as heck.

      I think this freebie campaign is very much like the Olympics…track cycling for example. The difference between a medal (pizza) and 4th (no pizza) could be down to 0.008 of a second.
