AmEx Offers - lost them

Hi everyone,

Quick question for the OzB community. Has anyone here who has had a card replacement with AmEx due to card theft or lost card lost all their AmEx offers they had saved to the card once new card was received? If so, did you start getting offers back after a while?

On my AmEx ultimate, prior to card replacement, I was receiving basically all the offers I'd consider the best ones. I wasn't really 'not targeted' for anything. Now after card replacement, I've only got a few trash offers and a fraction of what I used to get with none of the good ones I was getting previously.

Just wondering if anyone here has had similar experience?

    How long ago did you replace the card? There hasn't been anything good for a while now

    They gave me a new card after my old one expired and I didn't receive a new one automatically. I called them up and they said the offers were still there, they just weren't shown on the website.

    Offers have been really poor lately, the only recently good thing is pet circle because i have pets :(.

    Thanks everyone.

    So when I ordered the card replacement last Monday, I had about 20 offers saved to my card including some good ones with retailers I'd actually use. I'd received Apple (which might have just expired), had a Google store one which I was about to use and numerous other ones I had hoped to cash in on.

    Now, I've got those garbage ones from the boutique fashion brands that are like 'spend $50,000 get $20 back' and the good ones I had are gone :(

    Thinking if they don't come back soon, I'll cancel the card, stay off AmEx for 12 months and then re-apply for a few card to get the bonus points again, but just thought I'd see if anyone else had a similar experience

      You have to stay off Amex for 18 months to qualify for bonus points.
