But you are right. No 80k points noted on the page.
Since these Coles cards don't have any cooldown, you are better off applying, getting the 40K points after meeting the spend, cancelling, waiting for the next time they have a 40K promo, then applying again.
Free instead of paying an annual fee for the second year, plus it could well be quicker than a year depending on how often they run the promo.
