      /u/fatty99 mentioned last month that they "Bought some recently and have found the quality is not as good as it use to be. The metal over the nose isn't stuck well and lifts off a little also they don't seem as thick as they were ." (Source: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/631052) Can someone from the company comment on this? I purchased some a while back ago and was looking to get some more, but if the quality has gone down, I'd rather purchase elsewhere.

        Is there such a thing as a face mask made in Australia from 100% Australian materials?

        RespaGuard are actually quite a respectable brand when it comes to facemasks and the reps have been quite good with responding to questions on here - at least that has been my observation

    I bought some last time as well. Good masks, but I find the ear loops are small - similar to Asian made masks. Was hoping as they're Aussie made they might have had slightly larger loops than the ones coming out of Asia, but not the case.

    TLDR - if the Asian made P2 masks are too small for you, don't expect these to fit better.

      you can try those ear loop covers made of silicon or ebay. problem is it's one size fits all. if it's too tight at most it's uncomfortable with a good seal. if it's too loose it's next to useless

    Really good mask and wear it every day when have to be out.
    Much better than any surgical mask.
    Only better one is Proshield N95 which is lighter and better sealing but cost much more.

    haven't seen any proshield N95s since april last year. even expired ones were getting flogged on ebay for >$7 ea.

    AMD P2s are also good and fluid resistant unlike this one, but at $3 or so is a lot more expensive

    Cheap masks all seems to have the same unpleasant smell that you're forced to breath in, are these any better?

    My order arrived yesterday, can confirm that the metal
    Clip just goes off the masks, still a decent fit without the clip. The masks also feel cheap compared to Chinese 95 masks

    Does anyone know if this is fluid resistant?

      Hi Coal Fact0R,

      Our masks have not yet been clinically tested for fluid resistance, in the future we hope to have it clinically tested for it. In meantime you can use a surgical mask over your P2 mask to add fluid resistance.
