Dell Outlet Frequency of Discount and Other Tips and Advices

Hi all,

Just before EOFY there was about 20-30% discount on XPS laptops , I almost snagged one but missed out by OOS.

Now I'm wondering when the next deal might occur, can i expect any deals soon?

Are there any trade secrets with Dell Outlet? Perhaps negotiating with Dell chat? How is the student discount etc?
