$10 MYER eGift Card for Achieving $500 Quarterly Spend Target @ MYER One

94

I just received an email from Myer One with a $10 Myer e-gift card as a Quarterly Reward for being a loyal Myer One member. I think it might be targeted.
Reward expires 1 year from the ‘valid from’ date noted on the Reward. For full terms of use visit myerone.com.au/termsandconditions

Edit: The reason I posted this as a deal is because I saw a similar deal on front page for David Jones loyalty program.

    not a deal.

    EARN REWARDS
1,000 Credits earns you a $10 Reward to spend in-store or online at Myer.

so you spend more than $500 in the last quarter to receive this $10 voucher.

    • That could be possible, though I don’t remember spending that… but then again I spend way too much time on OzB to remember how much I spend these days.
Mods, please remove if this is not considered a deal.

        though I don’t remember spending that…

        Ask your wife…

        • +2

he bought something for the girlfriend now denying it incase the wife finds out.

        • I am single

      • Doesn't need to be in one quarter. You could have spent for example $400 last Christmas, missed a quarter, then spent $100 the quarter just past.

    • you get 2 credits per dollar, so only need to spend 500

  • David Jones one is free egift cars this one you have to spend money to get the gift card

  • I got one from David Jones

Should I post it as a deal?

    • I would prefer you rather post Coles or Woolies.

  • I remember 2 yrs ago you use to be able to do triple stackers at Myer Ebay :)
Been dead since they remove it .

  • I think it might be targeted.

Would be odd if it wasn't targeted.

    • IKEA one is not targeted

  • I was given a $10 gift card from Myer just for having a birthday; I haven't bought anything from Myer in > 18 months.

    • I did a survey and get 1000 credit which is $10

    • Happy (belated) birthday!

That’s exactly the reason to neg.

        No reason for the neg

        LOL

negging deal because myer one rewards are the worst possible reward scheme in the world.

The app is a PITA, they take forever to issue the rewards and myer website is generally sh*tty.

    • $10 for $500, or 2%, is a lot better than other reward schemes in Australia, let alone the world.

    • The app is a PITA

      yum…

Myer are really getting aggressive now - thats a 2% return! lol

shut up and take my money.

    • It's been like that ever since they launched the program way back when. But you used to have to spend $1000 to get a $20 GC, which is now no longer the case ($500 spend for $10)

Myer are really getting aggressive now

Especially that woman who works in the bra section… No patience at all…

  • I've had Myer One for at least 15 years. I spend regularly at Myer. I've never once had any rewards balance or any sort of reward.

do you scan your card when making purchases?

      • er, yes.

        • Have you moved houses? Maybe they're still sending the rewards cards to your old address. I'd recommend getting the MyerOne app as the rewards cards are delivered digitally there.

In addition to @PissLUR's comment: are your details correct? Do you have the MyerOne app?

    • I always find their emails in my junk mail…

If I didn't check it weekly, I'd miss out on most of them…

  • If this is on top of normal 2% bonus then it's good, but I didn't receive the email.
Myer one isn't bad, 2% is generous($20 for every $1000), only neg is the bonus gift card issues quarterly.
