  First time buying coffee beans, the order arrived today which was pretty quick.

  I got 3 packs just wondering if they last long when left unopened?

    It depends on the coffee, but normally, it is recommended to rest 20-ish days for the aging. And it can last for 5-6 weeks but the quality would not be the best. To prevent losing its quality, it is recommended to store the beans as vac-packed and stored in the freezer. That holds and dramatically slows down the aging of the bean.
