Noticed this refurbished fella on Pricehipster. Appears to be a pretty good discount.
Stock appears to be limited in store, but delivery is available for $59.
Reviews on the Q60T series seem mixed though.

Appliances Online got some good deals at the moment for EOFY.
Be wary with JB refurbished. I got a 65Q80R last year and they delivered it without anything between the polystyrene and the screen. Screen got damaged real bad in transit. They eventually replaced it with a new 65Q80T (which, if you're following TVs, is a newer model but a big downgrade specs wise) which was probably a fair deal for the price I paid but I've always been a bit bugged by it…
Another person on Whirlpool had the same screen damage experience with a JB refurb as I did.
