                    @doweyy: All good, so weird with the update button thing, there was kind of another update button for me (that didn't really look like a button), even though I saw the dialog flash up too. iCloud / wallet re-activation is a total pain, agreed.

                    Anyway, to anyone else who has the issue, there are solutions that don't need an Apple Store, or a JB refund.

        if its of any help, i was able to update my watch by turning wifi off and using my phone data to download the update.

  Has anyone else who's received theirs found that it was an opened box/returned item? Finally got mines posted today and the shrink wrap was already opened and sticky taped back up and the watch was covered in scratches…

    The shrink wrap on mine was torn a bit on the bottom but it didn’t look like it had been removed. Had 2 neon orange labels at that end.

    Contents looked untouched.

      Lucky! Mines had clearly been fully opened but was unregistered. Sent it back to JB anyways as I wasn't comfortable using a second-hand watch.

    Although my order was cancelled, they managed to track down the last one for me in Victoria. Was a display unit, basically new - I was advised of this. One micro-graze, but for $463 I didn't care too much. Had to purchase again, still waiting for my refund to come through. If I had of called 30-60 minutes earlier, I would have gotten the last boxed version (my JB customer service helper told me this literally as I'd jumped onto the call with her).

    Went around the bend with the firmware updating though, having to unpair my old watch and fail multiple times at pairing the older firmware watch. Got there in the end, couldn't be happier!
