I guess that's the nature of mechanical, electrical, and software variables.
I guess me and a few others have an unlucky setup.
I havent read anyone else having a bad experience with the mic.
Anyway, i got these in house today, havent tested them in calls outdoors yet, so……

I have these. Love them. I still have Sony WF-1000XM3 and wifey has Airpod Pro.
Sony has better ANC, sound better but rubbish mic for calls. Sony are also very big and stick out of my ears. APP are so so and I always accidentally end up activating the touch stalks which hang up on my call.
These Samsung Buds Pro don't stick out of my ears, don't sound as good but so far the mic has been excellent for calls. ANC is also so so compared to the Sony set.
Don't ask me why I have so many earbuds when I only have two ears. Thanks OzB.
Now buy the XM4s and tell us if the mic improved lol
I bought this last year. do not like it very much. keeps falling off and not v comfy wearing for more then 1 hour. My Wife's airpods are much better

Thank you my Blueant pump air gen 1 earphones blew this afternoon. Officeworks reluctantly took their time but price matched Amazon. They did not price match PC Byte as they were different model numbers. A great saving nonetheless thanks OP!
Might not work for everyone since the price is + shipping. But they are $199 at PC Byte and I was able to get OW to price beat to $189. Worth a shot
