I just noticed this under the "App only deals" section of the app. Medium is also $7, large is $8.
The burger by itself sells for $7.50, so while it's nothing to write home about it's an OK deal for the shrewd burger buyer.

Depends on preference, but this burger costs $2.15 more than the double beef and bacon (when bought as a single item) and is bigger.

I am in WA and a double Beef 'n' Bacon is $5.60 via my Maccas App. (single burger only)
If you order a small Double Beef N Bacon Meal its $4.95 via my Maccas App. (single small meal)I mean the app even gives you the opportunity to order a small Double Beef n Bacon Meal for $8.35. (this is actually another option for a single small meal).
Out of all these options why would you order the small meal with the Big N for $4.95.
Maccas might have gone crazy with the N and n here.
Not badly priced. Compared with the Double Beef & Bacon deal I normally get at Macca’s, I wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar for a bacon deluxe and better chips. Kinda strange how the photo of the deal is just a paper bag. I didn’t notice it at first!
Shame the Hungry Jacks app is terrible. It's what has kept me from going there in the past
I agree it's not great, however in my opinion it's usually useable. By comparison I've found the Maccas app far more dodgy. Often getting to the final confirmation screen and then it never confirming the order.
Never used the Maccas one. Only other fast food app I've used is KFC, which was much better than HJ until recently, when it stopped me from logging in. The few times I used the HJ one, payment took forever and would even time out, and was just generally slow to respond.

You can swap the drink for one of their 'deluxe' shakes for +$0.80. Great value!
I also think the added lettuce & tomato sort of balances out the grease a little better than that complete grease laden maccas double beef n bacon burger.
Decent deal, can't seem to add any extra's on the burger without having an error at checkout.
