Dodo Christmas mobile broadband offer - Anyone else yet to receive?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else here managed to order the Dodo Christmas offer and still hasn't received it?

Any tips on what to do?

I've called Dodo and they have no track, not even of my credit card which clearly shows $20 debited.

For those in the same situation, any luck on resolving it?

  • Do you have an email confirming your order? That would obviously be by far the easiest way of resolving it.

    I don't believe I am suggesting you call them a second time (once is bad enough) but if you get the same story again, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them you have the deduction from your bank account. If this still comes to nothing, advise them you will be complaining to the ombudsman, and do so. The mention of the ombudsman may be enough to prompt them to dig a little deeper to find your file.

    Dodo's customer service is absolutely horrible.

    I had same issue and get response had raise complaint with TIO. The call centre is useless but if you call them back ask to speak to a "Product Specialist", they appear be local AU team and were ones responsable to manually processing these orders. Ask for 'Michael x8662'. He helped me out getting my resent (apprently it went some random address in another state) further more once I received the sim, it did not have the correct plan and Michael was able to manually add it for me in seconds. Don't bother speaking anyone but apparent 'product specialist'.

    Definitely wouldn't do business again with them if it hadnt been such attractive deal.
