I just found this special as I'm currently looking for a new washing machine. I think the shipping is very expensive but since I live in Adelaide it is still cheaper than buying the same over here without shipping.

I would never go with Samsung washing machine again. Bought one 4 years ago and have on it every 6 months repairer. Water pump, leaking, thermostat, door knob… The list goes on. Luckily we purchased the extended wty on it from thegoodguys. Samsung TVs, laptops, fridges are good but the washing machines. I would spend a bit more and go with Bosch. You wanna do your own homework.
Every Samsung appliance I have ever owned has failed or performed miserably. Add to that disappointment their rude warranty people and you have the Samsung story.
The worst was one of their vacuum cleaners… honestly the biggest piece of junk ever. I was gobsmacked recently to see a major retailer promoting their vacuum cleaners in store recently… They must pay one hell of a good bonus comission to the retailers.
There are good appliances out there but it is up to you to find them. Samsung is easily the bottom of the list.
I respect your opinion but that is not a reason to neg the deal.
Now talking about the product I can say that my experience with Samsung washing machine have been very good, I had a J845 for 3 years and no problems, I sold it in January 2011 because I had to move.
I wouldn't pay money for a Samsung appliance having dealt with their service department, and that was as a repairer, not an owner. Unless you are lucky enough to again be able to sell the thing before it breaks, you are going to be paying more for repairs than you would for most other brands, if it is worth fixing at all.
The cheapest machine in the long term would be a Miele, even though you'll pay more up front.
I concur with the above issues, saying that, all the problems I've been able to fix for a few $ myself.
Door knob breaking off - Araldite fixed, upon review the door internals are poorly designed to withstand any form of stress.
Soap dispenser rattling out - old rag shoved into the gap around the dispenser to stop it moving
Worst problem: internal hose leakage and eventually falling off & flooding my floor - replaced stupid spring clip (which is supposed to hold back mains pressure!) with screw on hose clip for $3. I can imagine many owners throwing away their machine for this issue which cost me a couple $ to fix, mind you the carpet cleaning cost $300 though.Plus mine vibrates like it's trying to drill through the floor, I have two layers of thick rubber below and dense packing foam surrounding the machine to reduce movement and noise.
Would I buy Samsung again? Definitely no, but I do like the Silver Nano feature and the marching band tune to announce it was victorious over the washing.
I have to say I have had a Samsung front loader for about 6 years and it is a tank, we did have one issue where the electrics behind the front panel stopped working but they came out and fixed that in under a week under warranty.
I suppose it comes down to luck of the draw but I am very happy with my Samsung and would buy again.
I have had a Samsung fridge for years and a dishwasher for a year. Both were very well priced compared to the competition and both have been fantastic. One of my kids even broke the door on the washer and they fixed it under warranty
Samsung has a history of making crappy products. I would not go anywhere near a Samsung product. They are good at marketing and advertise their products and get people sucked in to their advertisement. Never buy anything based on advertisements.

Have them for $559 delivered and will hook up and take old appliances away included in price. They will also pricematch any website except auction sites, so you can get their other services for the same price as billys if cheaper for your area.
I just called them. They didn't want to match Billy's price. They excuse was that they were in SA were I am and Billy was in VIC.
These are the pricematch terms from their website:
"Product and price requirements for a price match

2.Product must be in stock or readily available with an authorised vendor (no auctions)
3.Product must be listed on the Appliances Online website
4.The price you want us to match must have been publicly advertised within the last 14 days
5.Advertised product must be freely available to purchase by any member of the public
6.Appliances Online DOES NOT price match any products displayed on auction websites (auction or buy it now prices)
We look at the final price. That means all fees and shipping costs. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still match the price, but may not match the service.Further Peace of Mind

If you found a better price elsewhere, we'll match it. Simple as that. Just fill out the form (conditions apply see details). If you found a better price elsewhere, we'll match it. Simple as that. Thats pretty slack, I've never had an issue with them price matching. There customer service has always been great and usually deliver 2 days after order.
Maybe you have just had a bad or uninformed operator when you called?
i'll vouch for billy guyatts. bought something from them a couple weeks ago. Prompt delivery and cheaper than anywhere else. (it was a juicer)
OMFG, these noobs who Neg a deal cause they don't like the manufacturer. This is ozbargains not consumer affairs. Would you Neg an iPhone deal just because you don't like apple.
I have been looking at this front loader for a couple of weeks going around the various retailers and this is a good price. I really like this model and the price is good but too many negative comments about samsung washing machines.
$492.72 (includes $68 delivery to sydney) at Bill Guyatts vs. $559 at applianceonline.
Anyone has experience with Bill Guyatt's extended warranty ? Does anyone know who is the extended warranty provider ?This model hasn't had much feedback on Product Review.
All the samsungs scored quite low in the most recent choice review.
I do find it interesting that the highest rated washer on PR is Samsung WF0754W7V.
Not a bad price even when compared to their (still retravision) other online site http://tinyurl.com/7698jyq
