For those monitoring their PH levels (cancer patients etc) I love the flavour of oat milk in coffee, but I had to switch back to almond milk. Oat milk is acidic. Almond milk is alkaline.
I researched this after realising that oat milk coffee was making my pee a bit smelly and spicey… acidic. All is normal again after returning to almond milk coffee.

Even though that's true, it's good to raise awareness for people who need to monitor their pH levels and seek the advice of their oncologist.
I'm pretty sure it's safe and the concerning acid is really folinic acid. But can't harm to spread information for people to be informed and seek consultation. (As long as they seek consultation)
Fair enough, but worth noting that oat milk is acidic and almond or soy is alkaline or alkaline forming. For me, cutting down on acidic forming foods has been advised.
I really didn't enjoy this milk in my coffee. I preferred oatly and so good barista for oat milk

I actually tried a few barista oat milk like Oatly, Califa etc but Minor Figures tastes best for me. Such is often the case with taste I guess.
Do you get a sour taste in your coffee from the Minor Figures Barista oat milk? My wife and I both couldn't drink our coffees with it. Considered it might've been a bad carton so ordered one at a cafe using minor figures and it tasted the same to us both. Oatly seems completely different.
