My reward pending balance keeps losing values secretly from the historical transactions I can’t identify. No notifications or anything. It’s not good. no wonder their share price went down to half…luckily I didn’t buy many shares from them.
I have had similar issues too, a few of those relate to $10 special cashbacks.
Too much effort to track it down and then lodge an enquiry with CR.
Your 'rewards balance' increases with each bonus you activate. If you don't make a qualifying purchase off those bonuses, they decline at 14 days and your 'rewards balance' reduces accordingly. Please note that your 'rewards balance' is different to your 'available balance' - this only changes when you withdraw and when cashback is approved. A suggestion would be to only activate bonuses you intend using. Hope this helps explain the reason your balance changes.
Thanks. Aware of the conditions. But yes, a few declines and too much effort to track it. Including a purchase via CR's gift card portal for $30+ spend.
@[Deactivated]: Please PM me your CR email address. The only way a GC bonus would be declined is if you activated it after purchase. After the many thousands of GCs we’ve sold via activation bonuses, this site would be flooded with complaints if we were declining them :)
