How would you rate it in terms of cleaning, bumping into walls, holding power for 1hr or 2hr?
Suppliers states things which actual product sometimes struggle to do it.
Just need feedback on people who bought it whether they would recommend others to buy this product or would recommend other robotic cleaner.

My experience: smallish bottom floor (kitchen, dining, living, laundry, toilet, entry), all tiled, strongest vacuum & mop setting.
- Use vacuum & mop function, split container
- Vacuums well
- Maps rooms well
- Plenty of water and battery remaining after a run
- Don't expect the mop to remove more stubborn spots off your kitchen floor, definitely not enough elbow grease for that but then again most robot mops probably don't. It does however do a great general mop leaving the area feeling clean and fresh.

I second this. Only issue for me has been the map going out of whack frequently which requires remapping.
Yeah great for the price! Interface is okay and as usual Xiomi Home wants permissions galore which you can deny or remove later on once the vacuum is setup.
These guys are so cruel here 😁
for larger house, would Viomi V3 be recommended for just under $400 or better off considering Roborock or other brand?
How this one compared to Dreame D9
Bought this from them last sale for a bit more.. have had it for a few months now. Live in a small CBD apartment with floorboards - this has been perfect. Having separate mop/vac containers is good. The split (dual) one is decent for one space but not much tank space for mopping large areas really.
Ninja buy were also easy to deal with… I normally email them to confirm this is local stock first, which this was when I bought. Then send them a message on ebay to send you the invoice as well. No issues with their customer service thus far.
