    They simply mark it up to 2000 points ,

    So if you have 100 points sitting in the account - they will give you 1900 points.

    So if you have 1800 points sitting in the account - they will give you 200 points

      Not exactly true in all cases, my account has 400 points and they provided an 800 point top up for it.

        I think you’re right, but it’s probably rounded to the nearest hundred and then based off our points balance as at COB Monday or Tuesday, hence the discrepancies above and below.

          That's what I thought too. Last week I just went over the 2000 and got a $10 voucher which is in my account as I haven't been back yet, and I thought I won't get this offer but they've given me 1900 on this offer which will round me up to another voucher!

        Yeah I had 1.4k and got offered 700. Sounds like your rule kelia might usually be correct for people with over 1000pts. Even if it's not, I'd wager it's not random at all. Arbitrary; subject to the code of some random IT dude in Woolworths loyalty - sure - random - I doubt it.

      I had 700+ pts they offered me 1300pts = mark up to 2000pts
      my partner had 1100+ pts they offered 900pts = mark up to 2000pts

    Can't see anything under my rewards app. So one needs to first shop for at least 0.01 then it will appear under rewards app?

      If you've been targeted it will take up most of the screen when the app first opens. You click the orange boost button, shop (buy something), get the points.

    I shopped with them too frequently and only got 400 bonus points. The less you shop with them in the past, the more points you will get.

      It seems to generally be an offer of: 2000 points - (current balance, rounded down to nearest 100 points). That's what I got offered. But some people got other amounts, or nothing at all. It's hard to know how that's determined, but it wouldn't surprise me that if you already have a habit of shopping a woolies regularly, they might offer less or nothing at all (I don't, I only shop there when there there are specials or very good offers).

        I only have one new Boost offer in the app and that's for the Big W Toy Mania, nothing else in new offers at all - even checked the Ready to Shop ones just in case, but this offer isn't there either.
