I was waiting for a good deal on a Bosch Dishwasher, ended up biting the bullet on this one!

I had planned to get the Aldi Dishwasher but it's better to spend a bit more to get a superior product.

I'm not a fan of Afterpay but used this coupon deal to bring it down from $857 to $728.45 delivered. $31 more than the lowest price posted on OzB.

I could have went for Series 6, but unsure how big the benefits are to justify $1k+. I'll get buyers remorse.

There is also the cutlery tray version of this model for $100 more but I prefer having more space than a clunky tray.

  choice rate the series 6 at 80% and give it a recommended. they rate this one at 79%

  series 6 is made in germany and has a cutlery tray thing across the top which seems cool, the series 4 is made in turkey.

    The cutlery tray kills vertical space. It's very hard to fit stuff in.

    We can't find a good dishwasher (didn't want series 4 Bosch) without cutlery tray. Ideas anyone?

      cutlery tray is removable on the series 6, should clear up room for small plates.

        Love my cutlery tray. Takes up barely any space. Can fit tongs and spatulas

      There are some versions out the series 6 without the cutlery tray. Bought one from good guys a few months ago.

    The bottom is made of stainless steel in the 6 series vs plastic on the 4 series

    Apparently the higher the grade the quieter they are, as well as the 6 series uses rougly 2.4L less per wash.

    I personally paid the extra $$$ or so for the 6 vs the 4, but $728.45 delived is an absolute steal and hasd this deal came up a few weeks ago I would've bit at this price

      That plastic bottom is no reason at all to think the quality is reduced. I know multiple people with one and I have had one for about 8 years, there's just no reason for it to fail. On the features side personal preference of course prevails

        Yeah i'm not sure what it all means quality wise, just putting it out there as I read that was the main difference between the two models apart from being built in Turkey vs Germany.

        Again, being manufactured in Germany doesn't always mean it's "better", i've had several german made applicances and cars that have been nothing but overpriced lemons

          @NotSureIfSerious: The same company is designing it, and setting up the factory. The fact it's in Turkey shouldn't matter too much, it's not like it's subcontracted out (unless it is, but I doubt it

  They can't even dry dishes….. You can't even pick which part of the cycle you want…. A bloody 15 year old Bosch has that ability.

  This is an average dishwasher.
