Can so someone recommend a decent power bank which can charge a Gigabyte Sabre 15 laptop, also my Samsung A70 phone, both have type C connection, happy to pay $100 or more for a decent one, after having had no electricity in Melbourne for the last 2 days.
I don't wont to buy from Kogan prefer a shop purchase one, thanks in advance.
I have never used one before.

Thanks but these are cheap $20 odd ones.
check out Amazon Australia, they have some very good power banks at reasonable price.
https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08B4MMHKC/ref=ppx_yo_d…Is that really going to power his laptop?
I have that exact powerbank and it charges my Lenovo Yoga. Only partially of course as it only has 1/4 of the capacity of the laptop battery but it's great for emergency charging of laptop/ipads/phones. Of course 40000+mAh powerbank would be required for a decent charge.

Or get an Anker one from Amazon
There are lots of dodgy ones out there with overstated capacities, particularly on eBay. Some interesting reading about the fakes here:
