It takes lor capsules as well as nespresso and all nespresso generics.
Milk frother is ok, I only half fill to the max line or it makes it too frothy.
Protip, grab the coffee machine descaler from Coles for $4 for when you need it, rather than an expensive alternative.
The machine will flash at you when it needs descaling after every 100 or so coffees.

Thanks OP I picked one up and just wanted to confirm that it's the $249 model with milk frother and that it comes with a $20 voucher. When you self checkout the discount doesn't come off until you proceed to pay then the $249 comes off the final bill

Just buy 27 yes 27 10 packs of lor coffee, the ones that sell for $4.50 each first and in same transaction the coffee My store had a "win" sign on it but when you read details it tell you how to redeem it.
As sam-au has commented, however this doesn't show up while the items are scanning like normal deals, the discount is only added once its been totaled for payment. I took a family member back this morning to get one and the checkout staff seem to be unaware of this deal.
Someone above has commented that it seems to be selected stores only, but if they have machines there, give it a go, you can always cancel the transaction before payment if it doesn't work.

We were checking to see if the $59.95 milk frother was on sale but for and extra $60 we got a better milk frother with this machine and a heap of coffee capsules.

Can you use the milk frother independent of the unit with another unit? How is it powered?
@Bargain434: Powered from the main device. It sits on a circular power plug on a base similar to the style used by cordless jugs. Compared this with our cordless jug base and there was a slight difference making them incompatible otherwise we would have been able to use it independently.

When it needs descaling, 2 of the lights flash when its turned on (those 2 lights are normally off, even when the machine is on).
I just use the Philips descaler and follow the manuals (I got it from Amazon).
