Bequiet Dark Rock 4 (non-pro) for $75. Free shipping too. Cheapest I've seen it. Should be adequate for a 5900X as rated TDP is 200W. Better value compared to the Noctua U12S which is a similar price on Newegg. Mounting mechanism a bit more finnicky and is easier to mount out of the case.

@ln28909: High teir air coolers like the Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua nh-d14 will beat out any 240mm AIO. With good fans they will usually be quieter under load, and have similar performance to a 360 AIO
@CTsik: 240mm aio and 360mm aio performs the same thermally, just at different noise level, and even d15 is no match for high tdp cpu
the thing that affects cpu cooling is how fast you move heat away from the cold plate, which is mediocre for air cooler, which is also why 240mm and 360mm performs similarly

p.s. i prefer air cooling, think about your car's radiator, how long do you need to change the pump and prevent leaking… so much work….

I checked and this conflicts with RAM slots on many motherboards. Check specs. Buyer beware! The PRO version has fixed this by raising the side that faces ram slots a bit higher.
