Same here and we rarely go to Coles as Woolies is our local. I thought they’d offer more as we don’t go. Not sure if 500 points is worth the hassle?

Why would it? It just uses an existing credit card for payments not made with points.

It mentions on the FAQ that you earn points for qualifying transactions. Was very difficult to find out what this means but eventually found you need to go to flybuys. Then on the offer it mentions view Flybuys Partners for details, however Flypay is not on Flybuys partners. Bugs.
Assume you earn 1 point per dollar spent through Flypay, I wonder if that means you would double up on Flybuys points for the online transaction at Coles, FCL, LL etc.?
As per my understanding, FlyPay is just a paying method like any other by Coles Group. Flybuys is points earning system by Coles Group. They don't need to be partner but Linked only, so if you pay via FlyPay instead of dire from card or paypal, your flybuys account will get the points like usual.
Partners means Coles,Kmart, LL etc.
So flypay is only available at any coles group stores? Instore and online?

I was only offered 500 Flybuys points. However, still a good deal I think considering all you have to do is use Flypay when purchasing an item online at one of the several participating online stores within the promotion period. No credit checks for this payment service.
Just remember to click on the link within the email to sign-up, otherwise bonus points wont get credited.
I hope Flypay have frequent Flybuys bonus points offerings into the future to entice people to use their payment service.

Just use the app, it doesn’t say in the steps you need to click via the email and plus they both say “Get flybuy”.

Sorry, you don't need to click on the link within the email for this promotion, it looks like you just need to signup to use flypay and link your flybuys. I was mistaking it for a flybuys / catch promotion. Anyway always read the T&C's.
When you pay with flypay, you can't seem to actually pay with Flybuys dollars that has already been converted only Flybuys Points in your account (not yet redeemed for dollars). You can also only redeem if you have a minimum of 2000 points. I used to convert to Flybuys Points immediately but looks like I'll be mostly leaving my points unredeemed from now on.
Ya, and maximum points you van availa are 10,000. Hope they will improve things with time.
