I need to know how big the team is to assess whether this is impressive or an issue. A team of two or three this might be ok? A team of 30 with 1 year of experience each? I dunno man.
Either way though, 30 years collective experience seems low? I work in a team of 5 with 80+ years collective experience. Is that impressive? I dunno. We’re just average people who have been employed for a while.
