    WOW!

    4K 30Hz

    • Fairly standard until hubs supporting DisplayPort 1.4 become more readily available.

      • That is more than sufficient if you plan to draft emails or work on excel.

  • Do you need to plug it into power point? I assume they need to but didn't see the power adapter in the picture.

    • You don't need to. Without USB-C connected to the PD port, it will act as a hub.

      • So will need power adapter for PD charging but didn't come with power adapter?

        • yeah

          • @ihfree: So where to buy power adapter?

A bit confusing when it said 100W PD but needs another power adapter not included.

            • @superforever: This is fairly standard for USB-C hubs. The specs listed show the accepted power and output power.

JB, Amazon, Hardly Normal - any major online retailer or store.

It depends on your laptop and its power requirements. I have a few Belkin, Apple, Xiaomi chargers. Personally, I would lean toward an adapter from a more reputable brand.

  • Is it just me Amazon site not loading picture, site down?

    Why tomorrow not 2 day

  • What's bargain in this? Looks like thousands of similar hubs for the same price.

    • If you're short of cash and need to save $5-$10, then one of these cheap low rated hubs is perfect.

      • Unless it is crucial to support 100W, for $28 you can grab similar one with extra USB Type-A

        • Once again, a low rating. Personally, i'd push the budget $5-$10 and but something better rated.

  • Any suggestions on a reasonable quality hub at a reasonable price?

Not knocking this one but so many around and have no idea in the quality or what to look for!!

Vava branded 9-in-1 dock is on sale on Amazon as a lightning deal for the next hour or so. It's $50, but includes ethernet and 3.5mm (plus an extra USB 2.0 port).

  • If your windows laptop already comes with a hdmi port, can you still use this hub to drive another monitor to achieve 2+1 (extend) screens altogether?

    • +1

Should do. I am currently doing this (not this hub though)

If you want to run two monitors from these adapters, you're looking for USB C Alt Mode. It's solely a Windows function. Both your computer and adapter need to be alt mode compatible.

      • tq. will research more on this. cheers
