For the purposes of this promotion an “Eligible Product” is

• a specially-marked 24 pack of Canadian Club & Dry.

To be eligible to claim a Bad Sweater as part of this offer, individuals must complete the following steps during the Offer Period:

• Purchase an Eligible Product from a participating store. All Eligible Products will feature a special code (“Special Code”) and instructions regarding how to claim; and then
  visit https://ccbadsweater.com (“Offer Website”) and complete the following steps:
• follow the prompts to the claim page;
• input the requested details (including the Special Code);
• pay $19.95 in postage & handling fees, via PayPal OR Visa, MasterCard & American Express via PayPal. Payment will be processed at the time of submission of the claim form;
• agree to the Terms and Conditions of the offer and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant tick-box; and then
• submit the fully completed claim form so it is received no later than 11.59pm AEST 30/09/2021, or before stocks of Bad Sweaters are exhausted, whichever is first to occur (“Claim”). Once a Claim has been successfully submitted, participants will receive a confirmation email to the email address specified on their form.

The first three thousand (3,000) valid Claims received online will each receive a Canadian Club bad sweater valued at RRP$89.95 (“Bad Sweater”).
