  We usually get India Gate Golden Sella Basmati, any others to try? Its near impossible to overcook, never gets gluggy etc..

    I usually go with Chef's choice and Tajmahal both bags looks similar and costs around $12-15 for 5kg.

    It takes long enough to cook as it is, without trying to overcook it! Personally I don't mind it, but much prefer regular (not par boiled like golden sella) basmati.

    I always end up going back to India Gate Classic, it's worth the small extra cost over their Premium Basmati. Just wish Costco would sell it.
