  Can anyone please explain why is this even a remotely good deal considering its only free delivery, not even discount on product, plus that too 100! min spend?
  Is scorptec that popular or sells products very good quality and reliable and at good price?

    It's how Ozbargain works - someone posts a deal and the community decides by voting. You can neg the deal if you don't think it is a bargain.

    If you read the comment above by Dienk, shipping can be very expensive for some people.

    Also, this deal would save me $13 (I added 4 Cyberpower power boards to the cart to check), which is crazy in terms of shipping costs when compared to places like Amazon Prime that offers free and super fast shipping - I can't even imagine paying $13 for shipping unless it's for a bulky item.

    Surprisingly, buying the 4 Cyberpower power boards from Scorptec is cheaper than from Amazon ($116 v $139.88).
