Good price but I'd avoid Scorptec has customer service on par with MSY.
Dunno what you're talking about, scorptec has a reputation for being one of the best (if not best) for warranty/cs, at least compared to everyone else.

I got my one sided opinion from being an actual customer. Chair broke. Filled in the warranty form. Silence for 6 working days. Follow through with a demand of a refund because I didn't get a response. 3 days later get a response asking for photos. It's been 5 days now since I sent them in.
May it's unreasonable to expect responses quickly than weekly. I went and bought a new chair because I need one and at this rate, I'll get a replacement part in 6 months.
