    i've got one of these, paid a lot more than this price for it, it's good at this price! I only wish the gas lift went down a little lower to the ground sometimes when I have my legs out rather than bent.

    Bought this from staples in 2015, still working great with superb comfort.

    Paid around $250 with arms.

    Recommend for the price.

    Good chair, I've had one since 2015 and the seat foam itself is only just wearing out now. Starting to get a little uncomfortable.

      Had mine since the June 2015 deal, 4 years ago I was sent a new gas lift(free of charge), seat foam still like new

      Would you be able to claim it on warranty? I have a Buro Metro II and judging from what I can find on this product page, these chairs have a 10 year warranty.

        The 10 year guarantee specifically states it doesn't cover upholstery and fair wear / tear.

    I've had one for 5+ years, good chair but the seat itself is a little bit deep for me at 5'7. I find myself leaning forward on it quite a bit.

    I have the polished alloy base and it's still all in very good condition. I've removed the arms from mine - I found with them on I tended to lean on one arm or the other and wasn't very neutral, where as I sit a bit more upright without it.

    I'm considering upgrading to something a bit more adjustable as it doesn't have too many adjustment options, but it has been very good to me for a long time.

      I noticed that Officeworks has the Buro Metro listed as a separate product and according to the specs it has the seat slider. Do note that the seat has been upgraded to 180kg capacity which, sadly for short people like me, means the minimum height of the chair is taller by 30mm.

    I bought a couple of these years back - the seat foam is still in good nick. I got a replacement gas cylinder sent out.
    Took a bit of work to get it free, but swapped and it is still good.
    For me, it's a great chair for home use.

    Can anyone recommend a chair suitable for older kids? That is, can be lowered closer to the groud and the seat isnt as deep.

      I'm in the same boat, but after a chair for my short arse self. The seat slide version (2021) solves the depth problem, but unfortunately magnifies the height issue of the current model further enhancing the cushion (120 to 180 kg weight support) and increasing the height by 30mm :(

    i am not 100% sure but I think I have this chair which we bought last year. so far so good and everyone who's tried it always says that it's very comfortable. that being said, I don't think they've tried anything that costs more than this so I unfortunately cannot comment as to how it compared to pricier options. in terms of adjustment options, you can lift the seat, tilt the seat and tilt the backrest. no issues with height adjustment too for myself and my wife who's 5'2"

    Looking for some advice, I'm looking to buy this chair with the $50 discount code for first time customers but I read the productreviews for this company Winc and it seems really really bad but they are all about school supplies, books, stationary etc. No reviews about chair orders so I am asking here for anyone's experience before I order.
