Went looking for some bar oil today. Bunnings wanted $41 for 4l (https://www.bunnings.com.au/valvoline-power-armour-4l-chains…) whereas I thought I bought McCulloch for about $25 last time. Supercheap sells one called Supertak which had really good reviews for $28 (https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/gulf-western-gulf-wester…). But then I saw Autobarn has it on special now for $19. Looks like a good deal :)
Gulf Western Supertak Chainsaw Bar Oil 4 Litres - $18.99 (was $27.99) + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Autobarn

The guy is a cuck. Better chance he asks his wife's boyfriend
He doesn't need the lube for a potential bike. He needs it for his behind.
I use canola oil works well and more environmentally friendly.
Marginally more environmentally friendly than palm oil if you're lucky - check source if available.
For your chainsaw or bike?
I was wondering if it was for his behind
Unless you're an arborist, it will last many lifetimes. Aldi sells 2L for ~$12 as a special buy.
It seems I just like cutting down trees for friends :)
Just did price beat SCA $18.49 via chat.
This stuff can also be used as lube for motorbike chains, which might be useful for TheBilly if his wife ever decides to let him buy a motorbike.
