    From my experience i'd have to disagree with the above 2 comments. I've had a DSL-G604T for ever and a day and it's been motoring along just fine. Never gets turned off and has never had a problem.
    Having said that, i've never had any experience with the DSL-2730b…

      That's the one I had before, and that's the one that died on me.
      Disconnects after 8 hours.
      My Billion 7800NL is so much better.

      Look here, you're one of the lucky ones without a shonky unit. Lots of disconnection issues.

        Hmmm, maybe i should've bought a lottery ticket too! Maybe subsequent software updates fixed stability issues? Eh, what do I care…it has always worked well for me. Even now, i dropped it a bit over a year ago and broke the antenna off so that it's just hanging by its wires and it's still powering along perfectly!
