All Inclusive Rental Apartments Sydney

I am hoping someone here will know how to retrieve this information.

A while ago, maybe 2yrs, I saw a post on Ozbargain about all inclusive rental apartments. I thought it was Meriton offering this, however I cannot find it.
All bills where included and it had a concierge service. I believe it was also fully furnished. It was different to service apartments as it was long term rental.

Any ideas?

Search gumtree for 'includes internet' or 'includes rice' and you will find student shared apartments which meet your description, but maybe you are after something nicer, and not shared?
I guess start with 'furnished' as a search term.

  I am specifically after the all inclusive rental I saw online a while back. It wasn’t cheap, definitely not student accomodation. It was something like $800pw for 2 bedroom
  
  I only landed on Ozbargain after searching online for about 2hrs…my guess is, they stopped doing it

    I think you might be able to get a Quest/Medina style apartment for a better rate if you are prepared to stay a few months.

Meriton do have one - this is a release they will have available in Mascot in July. But it may have been Mirvac that you saw earlier as they have their LIV range. By the way it’s not fully inclusive - it’s only white goods and utilities that they include.

No it’s called Build-to-rent apparently.
It is purpose built for the rental market. You can paint it, have pets etc… just a little different

It’s not actually furnished it seems. Only white goods.

I rented a fully furnished 2 bedroom place in Zetland in 2017. It had everything and I just walked in with my clothes, toiletries and food.

It was $850/week and I found it by searching "furnished apartments"

  And you were allowed to repaint it? Did it have children play area, shared workspace etc..?
  
  My understanding is that these are different in that regards. No bonds to pay either.
  
  But as per the above, I have found it and it is called built to rent. There is only 2 in Sydney in seems

    No.. I couldn't change anything. It was simply a very nice apartment
